Monday proved to be quite an eventful day, all thanks to Amazon. It filled my day with thrill and suspense with its new original web show ‘INSIDE EDGE’. It happened while I casually logged in to my prime account and clicked on the now streaming show. The next 8 hours were the best hours of my life.

The show starts with Richa Chadda cheering for her team and while I was getting prepared for what was about to come next, the game changed. The show is about cricket, so I wondered what new would it offer other than the usual stuff? That proved to be quite wrong judgement on my part. Though, it made the watch all the more thrilling.

This show is going to change the way you watch web shows. It keeps you intrigued, forces you to click on the next episode and makes you cringe every now and then. It shows you the dark side of the gentleman’s game. It is surely going to change the Indian narrative content in all the right manners.
Talking about the actors, they have excelled in their performances, convincing you to believe in everything, from their crisis to their vulnerabilities. It presents everything that is illegal, unofficial and undercover. To be honest, the trailer doesn’t do any justice to all that’s in store for you. Writing anything more about this show will be giving too much away. So, If you haven’t purchased the prime membership yet, this is the right time for it.
