Remember Tarantino’s update of being almost done with film-making?
Seems like the time has come as Tarantino is ready to direct his last masterpiece. And if the reports are to be believed, he is going all out with this one.
For someone who has followed his work more than religiously, this is a bittersweet feeling. But then again, every good thing comes to an end.
The script is done. The stage is set. And Tarantino is ready to blow our minds out of the sockets yet again. The hype can’t be more real. Let me explain.
Quentin Tarantino has completed the script of his last movie – and, wait for it, it is based on the famous Charles Manson killings.
The story is based on the 1969 killings of the famous actress Sharon Tate who was killed in her own home by the followers of Charles Manson. Yes, you read that right. On the frigging Manson Murders!

If this wasn’t enough to make you excited, the award-winning director approached both Jennifer Lawrence and Margot Robbie to play leads in the film [Margot Robbie is being considered for the role of Sharon Tate herself].
For those who are still not excited about the whole premise of this film and why it is going to be the messiest and the bloodiest Tarantino movie; let me make things simpler.
Who is The Manson Family?
Source: CNN
The Manson Family was a cult group formed back in the sixties by Charles Manson. The commune had mostly women as its members. The group gained a notorious status on the eve of August 8th, 1969 when Manson asked his followers to murder a guy who refused to produce his work. The house didn’t belong to that producer anymore and hence, unfortunately, famous actress Sharon Tate was murdered who was living in the same house at that time. Talk about being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Unfortunately, that house didn’t belong to that producer anymore, leading to the murder of the famous actress Sharon Tate (Polanski’s wife) who was living in the same house at that time.
Talk about being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
If a movie was to be made on a topic so sensitive and etched so clearly in the minds of the people, it would only be fair for someone like Tarantino to go ahead with the project – it is True Crime, after all.

To make things more exciting, reports have also come in recently that Brad Pitt and Tarantino’s favourite, Samuel L. Jackson will also star in the film.
But the question that’s been bothering us here is which actor should play the coveted role of Charles Manson. The criminal who is serving jail time in the California prison.
Jake Gyllenhaal? Shia LaBeouf? Tushar Kapoor? Who?
